At EG Light Elsewedy Advanced Industries, we not only manufacture and supply spotlights,

1. Design and Document Analysis.

Our technical team carefully reviews project documents before starting any supply, to ensure the product complies with design requirements and engineering standards:

Receiving and reviewing the project’s architectural, electrical and construction plans.
Analyze tables of quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications (Technical Specifications) to ensure they match the nature of each space.
Direct coordination with the consultant and contractor to choose the most appropriate spotlights for each application (offices, factories, streets, facades, outdoor areas and landscapes).
Prepare “approved technical alternatives” (Technical Alternative / TBA) tables when needed, while maintaining or improving the same level of desired performance.
Processing complete technical submission files (Technical Submittals): product data (Datasheets), quality and conformity certificates, and optical distribution curves in IES/LDT format.

2. Study of lighting and optical calculations.

We provide professional lighting studies based on international standards, to ensure optimal visual and energy performance before implementation begins:

Perform a complete lighting simulation using specialized global software such as DIALux and Relux.
Calculate light intensity levels (Illuminance in lux) for each area type according to standards such as EN 12464-1 and IESNA.
Calculate the illumination regularity coefficient (Uniformity Ratio) and uniform glare index (UGR) to ensure visual comfort and eye safety.
Calculate the electrical load density of the lighting (Lighting Power Density in W/m²) to achieve the highest energy efficiency.
Determine the optimal number of spotlights, and the appropriate mounting heights and positions for each space.

• Submit a simulation report showing the lighting distribution map (Isolux Diagram) and 3D analysis before actual implementation, to avoid any subsequent readjustment.

3. After-sales services.
