Titanium Egypt will issue a refund if the return is in accordance with our terms and conditions. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items. For prepaid orders placed on or after August 5, 2024, you have 45 days from the delivery date to return items if you are not satisfied, provided the items are unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.
Returned items must be unused and still in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way, except for items with manufacturing defects. You may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective.
